Returns & Refunds:

In general, we offer full refunds within 14 days when accompanied by a receipt and the item is undamaged and unopened. If you don't have a receipt or 14 days has passed, we'll consider a refund on a case by case basis however, there is no refund policy on sale items unless if the item is faulty.
Data Processing Note:
When you check out, your transaction data is processed through Shopify's servers in the United States. Your data is still safe and secure, it just takes a little trip abroad to be processed.
Delivery within Ireland (including Northern Ireland):
Deliveries are made during business hours only and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries in Ireland take 2/3 business working days and will be issued with a tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the gift, which will be delivered by An Post Express. Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery (an accepting signature is required) and the address can be located, a calling card will be left in the letterbox for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or arrange re-delivery.
The best news... If you spend over €60 and the total package weighs under 30kg then you get free delivery within Ireland (including the North)! Yippee!
Orders under €60 will be charged depending on the parcel size which is calculated at the checkout.
