Maktus is an independent gift and card store located in Dublin's creative quarter which officially launched in Summer 2018

Being unique here at Maktus, we said screw this — let’s not completely fill our store with other people’s stock and so we set to work on designing our own product lines while ensuring we had fun along the way.

We now offer employment to both up-and-coming and established designers in our goal to provide quality Irish gifts that are both functional and fun while offering sustainable work for our team.  So when you buy a Makus product your buying something that comes from a real Irish artist.

At Maktus we like things that are a bit different so we also curate imaginative and quirky products from across the globe to sit alongside our own range.

So whether it's a Dublin Durtburd print or a Jackie Healy Tae mug created by our in-house team of designers, we've got you covered on all things Ireland-inspired.
